AWARD FORMS

The CCE, in partnership with the Center for Fraternity and Sorority Life, is excited to release the 2015 Community Values Award, which honors  and recognizes the Greek organization with the highest average community service hours per member. We challenge you to become engaged, affect real change in your community, and earn local and national recognition as the Greek chapter most dedicated to service.

Civic Engagement Activity submissions are due the first day of Dead Week each quarter to be totaled at the end of the calendar year.  The award runs via the calendar, not academic, year and therefore includes winter, spring and fall quarters (summer not included).

The 2015 final application packets to are due to CCE in SEC 206 by January 22, 2016.

In order to be eligible for the Community Values Award you must have yoru members submit their civic engagement activity online: You can your hours online here.

If your chapter has extenuating circumstances, you may fill out one of the following forms:
