All ISOSU funded programs, events, and/or activities…

  • Must be culturally and/or internationally focused.

  • Must be open for general student participation.

  • Must target a minimum of 100 people.

  • Must maintain Activity Sponsorship from Student Events and Activities (SEA) for VSOs. Activity Sponsorship includes:

    • Risk Assessment

    • Financial Management

    • University Process Adherence

    • Partnership and Advising

    • Completing all training that would enhance success of the event

  • Must be maintained at a reasonable and prudent cost.

    • Activities that exceed $20.00 per estimated participant  will be required to cover the additional cost by setting a ticket cost. The minimum ticket cost is $5.00.

  • Must be held on the OSU Corvallis Campus.

  • All marketing must include “Funded by ISOSU”: flyers, direct mail, websites, email marketing campaigns, tickets, signage, etc.
