SAY I DO: The College of Business Design Programs’ Historic and Cultural Textile and Apparel Collection, 7am-10pm

The collection is a scholarly resource featuring apparel and textile artifacts dating to the 15th century. This exhibit is a showcase for some of the most remarkable 19th and 20th century wedding dresses. On display in Austin Hall 242 Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Music a la Carte: ReSounding Trio, 12 PM - 1 PM

Music a la Carte presents the ReSounding Trio (Dana Reason, piano; Catherine Lee, oboe; John Savage, flute) in a program of modern music. Located in the MU Lounge.

Golf Tournament - Two Person Scramble, 1 PM - End

College of Engineering, 2 PM - 4 PM

A 1-hour tour leaving from Johnson Hall is offered from 2-3pm. You will have an opportunity to see engineering facilities, including the OSU Robotics Lab, and learn about all fourteen majors in the College. Located in OSU’s newest building: Johnson Hall.

College of Forestry, 2:30 PM - 4 PM

Bring your family and friends to our open house where you’ll have the chance to learn about the new Oregon Forest Science Complex, enjoy a treat and beverage, and take home a tree seedling to plant in your backyard! Located in the Memorial Union, Room 207.

Warm Up to Summer, 2:30 PM - 5:30 PM

It’s never too early to plan for your summer! Now’s the time to begin the conversation about your summer plans with your family, friends, and academic advisor. Join the OSU Summer Session team for FREE hot cocoa, free swag from the prize wheel and enter into a drawing for a $500 summer scholarship. Summer classes are offered in six different lengths (called “sessions”) ranging from one week to 11 weeks, giving you the flexibility to travel, work, study and play this summer. Additionally, all students pay in-state tuition in the summer.* Come and learn about the many benefits of summer! Located in the MU Quad at the base of the MU Stairs.

College of Agricultural Sciences, 3 PM - 5 PM

Come and taste BEAVER CLASSIC CHEESE (a recipe designed by and created by students and Oregon State cows, right here on campus!)  and view a portion of the permanent Art about Agriculture collection that is housed on campus.  (The largest collected of its kind!) Located in Strand Agricultural Hall, 4th Floor, Room 440.

College of Pharmacy, 3 PM - 5 PM

Guided tours will depart at 3pm, 3:30pm, and 4pm. Students and their families will see various parts of campus associated with our majors: Women’s Building, Milam (Food labs), and the Bates Child Development Center. Located in the Women’s Building Lobby.

Comedy Show ft. Paula Poundstone, 2 shows at 7pm and 9:30pm

Emmy Award-winning comedian, author, humorist, and panelist on NPR's "Wait Wait...Dont't Tell Me", Paula is one of our country's foremost humorists. OSU Flying Club Open House, 9 AM - 12 PM

The Oregon State Flying Club is hosting an Open House at the Corvallis Municipal Airport (https://goo.gl/maps/9BugkK6hw7k) which is about 10 minutes south of campus. We will be giving 20 minute airplane rides over campus. We are also having a barbecue with free burgers, hot dogs and veggie burgers. Airplane rides are $20 for a 20 minute flight per person. Each plane seats four people including the pilot. The event is open to the public. The flying club is open to all members of the OSU and LBCC communities (students, faculty, staff, alumni). No registration required, sign up is on a first-come first-served basis. Special Collections & Archives Research Center Open House, 10am-2pm

Want to learn more about OSU history? Join us for an open house in the Special Collections and Archives Research Center! Activities include historic films, coloring our collections, selfies with Ida Kidder, meeting an archivist, learning more about past family weekends, finding your family in a yearbook, seeing the best view on campus, and OSU history bingo at 10:30 and 1:00!

Wave Lab Fall Family Weekend Open House, 10 am – 1 PM

The O.H. Hinsdale Wave Research Laboratory (West of 35th Street on Jefferson), largest tsunami research facility in the US, will be open for a 20 minute guided tour and demonstration. Tours start every 5 minutes on a first come first serve basis and cover tsunami research, coastal hazards in Oregon, and coastal engineering. College of Business, 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM

In recognition of Global Entrepreneurship Week, the College of Business invites you to tour OSU’s new makerspace, The DAMlab. Come see where students tinker, make, and explore using a variety of fabrication tools, from 3D printers and CNC machines to laser engravers and vinyl cutters.  Light refreshments will be provided. Located in Buxton Hall.

Join us in the Student Experience Center Plaza for a family tailgater and food fair before the game. Go Beavs! Featuring Old Thyme Kettle Corn, Beaver Classic Cheese, Rootbeer Floats and Coffee and Ice Cream, The Flour'd Apron: local baking business, and other student organized fundraiser booths.

Pistol Club Fundraiser Shoot, 9AM, 11AM, 1PM, 3PM
Learn firearms safety and how to shoot bullseye pistol at the OSU Indoor Target Range (SE corner of McAlexander Fieldhouse). Two hour sessions at 9AM, 11AM, 1PM and 3PM. $5 for OSU Students and $15 for OSU community, family members, and general public. OSU Athletic Facility Tours, 10am-12pm

Tours led by OSU Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Two tours (max of 20 people) leave every half hour. Meet outside Reser Stadium on Parker Plaza (next to the big football).

Join us for a concert to celebrate Oregon Acapella and to fundraise money for the Interntional Collegiate Compettion of Acapella (ICCA's), which all three OSU groups have been invited to compete in.

Special guest U of O's Mind the Gap acapella group. Located in Milam Hall. Tickets are sold for $5.

Saturday, November 19

Sunday, November 20
