Community Partners

Community partnerships are foundational to our work at the Center for Civic Engagement. Reciprocity is a cornerstone to our work and we view our community partners as co-educators in creating meaningful learning experiences for students that also benefit our community. We exist to foster social responsibility and address community-identified needs.

The CCE functions as a connector organization that links students, faculty/staff, and community partners. The CCE provides resources for volunteers to find opportunities that best fit their individual needs. One powerful matchmaking tool we offer is our Community Partner Directory (below) and our Civic Engagement Database. These comprehensive listings contain information on community partners including their mission, volunteer opportunities, and contact information. Students, faculty and staff can access this database in order to find a fit for their needs; individuals may also visit our office to find a good match.

Read more about the CCE, submit a Civic Engagement Opportunity or Newsletter Form, or post a job or internship opportunity to HandShake (Career Development Center) using the menu links above! If you are interested in requesting student athlete presence for a community event, please use this student athlete appearance request from from OSU Athletics.

Learn about the community partners the Center for Civic Engagement currently works with. We are always interested in expanding the number of organizations we partner with and explore new collaborations and partnership opportunities. Our community partner database below list our community partners in alphabetical order. View our community partner map.

If you know of an organization you'd like to work with that you don't see listed here or represent an organization that would like to partner with the CCE, please contact us via phone 547-737-3041 or via email. Don't see yourself here? Contact us to be added to our community partner database or to set up a consultation to learn about ways in which we partner with local nonprofits and public service agencies.
