The CCE celebrates two days of service each term as well as a variety of smaller service events throughout the year. Fall days of service are Fall Into Service and Make a Difference Day, winter days are Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service and Animal Action Day, and spring days are Earth Day and Day of Caring. Read about these days below! Sign ups for service projects open two weeks before the day of service. To request accommodations related to disabilities for an event, please contact the CCE at email@example.com or 541-737-3041.

Let’s Pull Together was started in the City of Bend and is making its way across the state. The May 18 events, taking place during Oregon’s Invasive Weed Awareness Week, are hosted by members of the Benton County Cooperative Weed Management Area (CWMA). The mission of the Benton County CWMA is to coordinate community-based efforts against those invasive species that have the potential to cause ecological and economic harm in Benton County.
Come help us save some beautiful large oaks and other native shrubs from a 'green tsunami' of ivy and other invasive species. Join other volunteers to help begin restoration of several small natural areas within the Grand Oaks neighborhood. Our plan is to remove choking weedy ground cover, shrubs and saplings, and encourage recovery of native oak woodland plants
